Education and Training
Allison earned her bachelorʼs degree in food and restaurant management, which gave her key insights into the inner workings of the food industry. She then went on to earn her masterʼs degree in clinical nutrition from New York University, a prestigious school recognized for their innovative program.
During her time at NYU, Allison learned how nutrients interact with the body down to the micro-level. She also studied the causes and potential treatments for eating disorders along with ways to motivate behavioral changes.
Allison completed her dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital before working as a clinical dietitian at the Hospital for Special Surgery.
